By accessing and using Octrivium ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Octrivium provides cloud-based accounting software designed for South African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Octrivium operates on a credit-based system. There are no monthly subscriptions or recurring fees. You purchase credits for invoices and payroll processing, and use them whenever you need them.
We offer various credit bundles for invoices, payroll, and combination packages:
✓ Credits never expire
✓ No monthly commitments
✓ Use them anytime
✓ Bigger bundles = bigger savings
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a credit is used (invoice generated or payroll processed), it cannot be refunded. We do not provide refunds for credits older than 30 days, except where required by law.
All credit purchases are processed securely through Yoco (South Africa's trusted payment gateway). Payments are billed in South African Rand (ZAR). Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
When your customers pay invoices you create, payments are processed through Octrivium's payment gateway. The platform handles all transaction fees. Customers pay their invoices directly through our secure payment system.
You retain all rights to the financial data you enter into the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure data centers, and regular security audits.
We perform regular backups of your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical financial information.
